Customize the Call Script
When the app opens, it presents an option to customize what you'd like to say during the call. This might involve what Santa speaks about on the call.
Select Incoming Call Mode
Find, in the app, an option to configure as incoming call. It will make your phone ring with the sound of Santa calling. The ringtone for the call is usually something you can select.
Scheduled Call Mode
By using the date and time picker you will determine what minute you want the fake call to come in. This is good for those times when you're trying to surprise someone at a specific time, say during dinner as a family or before bed.
